At Europe Pallet Store all sales are final and returns or customer disputes are handled on a case by case basis. For every customer dispute, you must present a valid proof of purchase including a receipt issued by Europe Pallet Store with your name on it and have a valid form of identification that is not expired to present. It is important to also understand that because Europe Pallet Store offers liquidated pallets damaged items are a normal part of purchasing pallets. Europe Pallet Store does not offer any guarantee on product quality, return of investment of individual sales online and in person, and does not guarantee any level of quality of the products and services at this time. Europe Pallet Store works with customers on a case by case basis to offer superior customer service and experience but Europe Pallet Store does not guarantee anything at this time with it’s products, shipping, and services.
